    I'm just bragging really.

I've got OG T1 heat exchangers. I connected them up last week for the first time, then drove 300 miles to Wales and back at the weekend which was quite cold - it was snowing at one point.

I was sooooo hot I had to switch one off as me ears were glowing.

Then I lounged about with the Eber on.

Whoop whoop and ha-ha-ha. First time in 20 years I've had a van with heating that works. ;D

    Going somewhere nice?

  4. I need to repair my heat exchangers but sadly they aint original ones
I wonder if i could grind off the fins that are in there and fabricate and weld my own in for more heat

Original exchangers really make all the difference.

Don't have a pic of after-market fins, but there are hardly any and they are short and blobby. They do vitually nothing in the way of exchanging heat.

OG ones look like this - these are T4 ones, but T1 are the same:

I saw a pair of these Og T4 exchangers for sale at Stamford hall this year for about £90 each in excellent condition. This was late in the day and nobody was interested. Wierd.
