Bus failed MOT on just one headlight, but its one of these blinking sealed beam jobs,

and I can't seem to find a like replacement. Tried GSF, can't see em on JK site, or CnC, VWH, Schofields, Machine 7 etc. Any clues as to where I get one o these blessed lights

    halfords sell them

  4. I dont think that should be in there:thinking:
How did it mount in place?

  5. Try busdepot.com
They usually have nearly anything you can think of and their product quality and customer service are top notch.
They also ship to the UK.
Then of course there's ebay. You can probably get an 1898 Ford headlight lantern, still half full of whale oil on ebay.

  7. Mine had the older style round bulb
I fitted h4s that ricky kindly hid inside a package he sent me
And i removed the metal cap that used to sit in front of the old bulb

Sealed beams are tricky to get now, but mini and land rover ones are the same, eBay time

Its not a hole as such, its just a circle in the silvering to let the side light show through. I'll get a pic of where it attaches on the bus......BRB

  13. Upgrade time honestly

If your ever going to spend a relativly small amount of money during bus ownership for a great improvement
Its an upgrade to modern bulbs

  14. I think it was @Joker that found a non dub place to buy new headlamps from them from without scene tax

This size of headlamp was pretty common with a lot of classics
