So, assuming the up to date modern bulbs fitted to my bus are diff (higher power draw)from that which bus was designed to have , power draw wise,would it be sensible to up the fuse rating ? as all side lamps /headlamps run off same fuse box connections , ta 4 advice/opinions.
don't uprate the fuses unless you uprate the wiring first, you only need to uprate the wiring if you have a problem, easiest thing to do is probably put in an ammeter across the fuse contacts with the fuse removed and see what draw you have, I doubt very much you will need to uprate anything
