Havn't found out what the noise is

  1. Been doing this for a couple of years. Everytime I go round a left hand corner it sounds like someone hitting an empty can with a big spoon. Had the engine out recently to change the clutch and thought it had gone but it's back now just not so often. Any ideas?

  2. I had one like that ,took me ages to find it turned out to be the fuel pump ( 12 volt )

  3. Mine's a mechanical one. I've been all over the rear end (ohh err) and can't find anything.

Rear brakes drums catching the backing plate , or do you have an aftermarket exhaust?

A big spoon and a can in a cupboard ?

My knackered shock absorber turned out to be junk in a cupboard.

  15. they start as a click, they turn into all sorts of horrible noises then one day they make one big clonk and ... one wheel drive... which with a diff means no wheel drive

Lowered or stock? A bent or broken antiroll bar hitting the front beam is quite clangy.
