Has anyone replaced the cab in one big piece?

  1. You could buy a complete front end and unpick all the panels and replace them one at a time ?!?

It's not to bad to do , BUT it's not simple, you need to check/ measure alight everything 10 times at least, also you need a process as it's a big chunk, I think it took a week and I had a helper who pulled out the dash wiring, pedals and stripped the replacement clip

  3. I'd assume it'd be easier getting everything aligned properly than if you were working with 6 or 7 separate panels. Less chance of a slight misalignment problem multiplying.

you cant pull the panels off/ apart s easy as that when you need to reuse both panels, I bet it would take a week to unpick a front end, but when you buy a clip half of the alignment is done already, why would you buy a complete clip to take it to pieces? though a front clip isn't that cheap to buy rust free, I would think 1k
