  1. cheers. was reading the blurb and realised i didn't understand most of it!o_O would be interested i how easy, or not, it is to wire in too.

  2. Global System for Mobile communications - the old(-er) 2G network. GPRS adds packet-switched data to GSM.

    Happy :)?

  3. I am in the process of finishing off an android app to support these trackers (more info here if anyone wants to give it a try http://thelatebay.com/index.php?thr...pp-beta-updated-30-01-2013.20433/#post-342698 any feedback welcome :)) I was looking into an iphone version as well but the problem is you can't intercept the text messages on an iphone so a big chunk of functionality is lost!

  4. I just fitted one of these and I am well impressed. I put a pay as you go tesco mobile sim in. I only connected the red and black for now. I slung the antennas down behind the kick panels as a test and they work a treat, even in my concrete garage with the van in forwards. When I call it It says it is in front of the garage so within 5 metres. I am impressed :D

  5. I have the Cgmart system in my bus and it works a charm. Well it did and then it stopped working for no apparent reason. But then I remembered I'd turned off my caller ID as I was trying to get hold of someone who was screening their calls. The bus was unable to text me back because it didn't know who was stalking it!! Turned caller ID back on and bobs yer uncle.
