Further to my introduction at the top, I have been in & around VW's since ever.
My first show was 'Bug In '83' at Donington Park.
I have owned the same Beetle since '85 (it's still in the back of the garage somewhere)
I have been in many clubs - Natural Born Dubbers, Born again Dubbers, Dubliminal, Rugbydubs.
I've been involved in their forums & one by one they've all pretty much vanished from the scene.
The mighty VZi / Volkszone appears to be fragmenting and I just thought it was time to try something different.

It's no secret & I know some of you are on to me already,
but I write an article for Camper & Commercial under the pseudonym 'the barefoot chef'.

My real name is Dave & although I've only been here about a week & I feel a distinct lack of cliques & very welcome.
