giant fish cake

I'm attempting to cook a giant fish cake anyone got any tips. Like quick

 

mino ? tin red salmon or what eva, one egg , spring onion or chive , cream , crushed tato , fresh bread crumbs , cook in olly oil n have with sweet chilly sauce?? n chipeez n salad

 

Now In the pan is mash pots,onion. Egg, milk., herbs. Mixed chopped fish, it's about 300 mm dia

 

If it doesn't look like this you've done it wrong.

 

Now adding peas for some colour

 

Why

 

i wasnt sure about the cream substituted for milk but pea , any bread crumbs it might fall apart if not ?? your a bit of a dab hand really arnt you
