    Fair enough, I generally say it how I see it.
    The guy is obviously an auction novice! Showing your hand from the off doesn't normally make sense....
    Why didn't you let the auction run or was it a buy it now job? With a £295 first bid it could have gone for quite a bit more I'd think.

    Ebay fees are one reason it was taken off, and the guy who's shifter it was wanted a quick cash sale as he needs the money, so he was happy with what was offered, and needs the funds ASAP lots of people was interested in it, (I don't know what RRP is on these locking shifters) and it's hard turning a buyer down if the cash is there. He has bills to pay and I'm just helping him shift some gear. He would of let it run on ebay if he hadn't been given a good offer.
    I don't think it would of gone any higher than starting bid to be honest, and once the fees are deducted he'd have less cash.
