Gearbox oil change, can a 'normal' garage do it?

    I used to be able to afford to pay garages to do everything on my camper. Those were the days!
    Owning a bus was different when someone else did the graft.

  3. Oil drain cans? Does no one use old washing up bowls these days ? Maybe just me .... I do actually have an oil drain can - it's full of old engine oil, but the problem with it was that the oil spatters off the catchment tray when it first comes out so the drive gets covered anyway. Old washing up bowl much more useful ;)

  5. I'm commuting to Sheffield most days if you come unstuck, i'll also be getting moved over that way in the coming months, so it's good to know who the local latebayers are if I need a hand with some thing heavy! ;-)
     
  6. Ah, got it.

    I'd suggest you take it back to the guy who built the box, have them do it, this will help to underwrite the warranty
    :)
