a piece of metal of the correct profile big enough to make an access hatch for the fuel sender unit, free to collector

 

not fitting one to yours now?

 

all cut in and fitted, i decided on aslightly smaller hatch. about 125 x 125 nice and compact i can get my hand in so its big enough( i hope ) , so theres enought left for one or maybe 2 people to make one , got my tank back in and filler neck pipes replaced so engine rebuild and thats going in next
