Front VW Badge

I fitted these to my van but the thread stripped out very quickly I ended drilling and bolting them onto the spindled ue to me being in spain when they failed on me

 

Each to their own. I find a bit of internet porn helps me along!

Same, custom and commercial, wasn't very expensive if I remember rightly!

 

they where splined just very soft metal

 

Oh really these aren't splined just chamfered!

 

Wiper arms with no splines in? What a bargain !

I also thought it was very strange but they have tightened up fine and appear to work fine as well!
With regards to my badge, I know it does look slightly wonky in the photo but seems to look ok in the flesh! Gonna get the van out of the garage for the first time on tue so will be able to stand back and look properly! If it is then I can take it off and do it again

 

It isn't Splined either so it may have come from there originally but I didn't buy it so sorry can't help ya

 

It looks like a special needs bus. You need to mess with the eyelids too and make it look cross eyed

 

I thought it already did! Are the eyelids straight?
