We have finally sourced some original front seats for our camper, she was originally a 1974 Kombi-bus, with twin sliding doors, so she has the solid panel behind the front seats. So we are able to put in the double passenger seat, plus a matching drivers seat, unfortunately the fixings for these are missing from our bus, as the previous owners had fitted some modern high back seats and ground off the fixings! :-( Some while ago someone put a link on here for new brackets for the double seat, but I can't remember which company did them, so if anyone can give us a link that would be great or even better if you are scrapping a van and have them available for sale, please pm Also I am presuming the only way we will get the runners/fixings for the driver's seat is from a scrap bus? Any help much appreciated
What seats have you got, there are 2 types of runners, take a picture of the bottom of your seats, karmann konnection do the passenger seat bit, you can buy late runners new but the earlier ones are only around second hand
