  1. anti-evening all :)
got me one o they good ole plastic circles wot when ya 'old t'rong ways up says 'M' 'A' for front o the bus-shaped contraption..

and what i was wondering was, as it requires drilling to fit with the little rubber grommet thingys,
i was wondering if there was an effective alternative to making holes in it,
(as i would like to keep all forms of potential water ingress to a minimum..,)
that looks good and wont fall off as soon as it rains?

  2. I stuck mine on with Tiger Seal, masked it into position and left to dry as like you didn't fancy drilling the holes :)

Double sided foam tape cut into strips works. B&Q sell a waterproof one.

  4. cheers guys, i thought about tape but wasnt sure how well it would hold..
tiger seal sounds like a good idea, although i have a habit of making a mess with that ;) haha

  5. Mine was held on with blue tack when I bought it, it actually stayed on for about a year before I noticed :D
I'll use some kind of adhesive when I get round to putting it back on.

  6. I did this too. Tiger seal and then held in place until the tiger seal had set.

  7. Think "use sparingly" and you'll be fine. You don't need massive amounts of it, so don't put on so much that it oozes out the side. Excess can be wiped off while it's still wet.

  8. I have some clear double sided stick tape that thin enough to hide but think enough to account for deformation, about 1mm.
    It works well.

  9. sweet! il give that a pop tomorrow then and post a pic of how i get on o_O

  10. Chewing gum?
