I have Owned Georgie for 6 years, has she been ultra-reliable, regularly serviced and comes with many upgrades including 17" drop down TV, full top to tail rewired, 12 and 240 electrics 12 months MOT. £0 Road Tax Right hand drive Sleeps 2 Pop up roof New tyres all round Fully working lights so can be used at night Water tight so can be used in the rain Underside is fully Undersealed Very good overall, not a rust bucket you often see, drives well, comes completely fitted out so you can use and camp in her from day one. Dashboard was been flocked. All surfaces have been carpeted - warmer and also aids sound insulation Rear seats/bed and cushions reupholstered to match front westfalia seats Right hand drive, pop up roof, full width rock n roll with seat belts so can seat 3 in the rear when driving. Completely repainted outside last year what else can I say - other than a number of tyre kickers has been around, have even been asked if they could borrow her for a few days - think they just wanted a cheap weekend away! I have been to enough shows to see those £8-12k ones you see where they show a van incomplete or with enough rust to scare you. Georgie is complete and fully usable, from day one. engine is good, drives very well yes heavy on the steering and brakes but that is more to do with her age than anything wrong as there is no power assistance, but I have to stress nothing more than normal for a car of this year, 1973 so don't be put off. Also from a safety point of view, all fuel lines changed last year, fire extinguisher fitted in engine bay and living area for insurance and peace of mind. Not much else to say other than yes I have a real reason for selling her as we have 3 VW's, she is used the least plus I have a house extension which is needed money so something had to take the short straw and sadly Georgie is there for sale.
