    Tuesday wildchild I'm a circle!

now with all this warm and wet weather are you moving upstairs?

this is the river bottom of the garden

The water is only 7 inches above the lowest point of my garden but at least 4 foot above normal height.
If it was to rise another 4 -5 foot I might begin to worry.
It has covered the evergreen years gone by and with a forecast of rain all week it may do it again.

  4. Fortunately there are some compensations to living in that there Birmingham. The north end is quite nicely elevated above floodwater because we're all on a hill.

The first house I bought I had to rennovate. When I took the plaster off there was a tide mark on the bricks at chest height. Next house I bought was up the hill.
