Hey people, I've been a member for a while and never actually posted so I thought it was time to say hello. After having many bugs, golfs and a earlybay I decided to by my '77 Devon moonraker project as I've always liked the look of late bays and the Devon has the added advantage of somewhere for my daughter to sleep (unlike the early tintop) so it will feed my vw addiction whilst keeping the wife and kid happy, which can't be a bad thing! I found the bay in a friends dads field where it had sat for some years, and as a result needs the usual bottom 6 inches replacing. Now the summers coming (I hope!!) i should be able to get out with the welder andget stuck into it. Ill put up a build tread at a later date but for now here's a pic of the bus at the moment in its partly stripped state. Matt
