WANTED Fibreglass top for devon pop top pleeeeeeease

We have the skirt but need the roof! Help!

 

there are a few types of different devon tops you may need to research which one you need before anyone can help.

 

Hi, it's a 1974 bus, what info would I need to provide? We are new to the site and just starting a renovation.

 

basically there are a few kinds of roofs on devons, so you having the skirt will depend on the roof you need, it might be wise just getting a roof and then getting the skirt to fit it? have a look at some of the members vans and see if you are inspired, there might be a show us your devon thread i think? i'm a westy man so i don't take much notice of the inferior marques.......

it could be fibre glass or ali ? do you have a pic of the original or infact your bus ?

 

Hi, sorry, I didn't mean that I have the canvas skirt, I meant that i have the fibre glass base for the roof and need the 'top', ours blew off on the motorway while it was being transported on a low loader. It was a straight up devon roof for a 1974.

 

Not a great pic, but may give you an idea.

It is straight sided like that, but it has a fibreglass base that it seems to slot on to

 

i'm out of ideas then soz, i'm sure one of the devon owners will know though.

I'm willing to bet it's the earlier style Devon roof. Ie, skirt on roof, inner and outer top.

Shame! I was trying to GIVE one away a few months back, but no one needed it and it was in the way so I cut it in bits and tipped it, :/

 

you need the lower skirt and the roof , the lower skirt standard is fibreglass and the top standard is ali . hope you find what your after , make sure the top is in good con
