FI intake manifold to head gaskets

does anyone know if I should use the thick plastic gaskets or the thin metal ones between the injection manifold and head. Struggling to find any info on which is the right way! Studs will be too short if it's the plastic type

Do I use the metal gaskets either side of this too?

Seconded, they have the reddish paper gasket on either side of them

 

Phew! I didn't fit them but after the missing spacer behind the fan issue yesterday I thought I'd better check!
I have Bentley, Tom Wilson and camper resto books here and couldn't find info in either..
