Chaps - Sadolin a few years ago used to sell woodwash stuff. Can't remember what is was called. Like thin semi-matt paint that would show the grain through. Looked right lovely on a bit of T&G; the less you used, the better it looked, like slightly distressed. Know if they still do it, or any similar stuff? Ta.
Think that's the clear base that you get tinted to whatever colour you want. Should be able to get it mixed up at a decent decorators place - used to buy it from brewers.
