Hi, I'm looking to put new curtains and cushions in my bus and wondering if anyone has bought materials & done the curtains themselves. if so does anyone recommend where to get the fabric from? I went into Cath Kidson and they are charging £20 a metre for some of their material!!!! ouch!
Got ours from a local independent fabric shop along with black out material. Cost around £5 per metre.
Ikea is good, we bought a load to cover the seat / bed cushions! We went through the self serve checkout and couldn't get the code to go through so the lady assistant did it for us but only put 1m in, we got over £35 worth of material for less than £6 Result! We went for a plain brown to compliment the camo print panels! Curtains are next on the to do list, we've got the original set made by the previous owner to use as a template! We're thinking either a beige or navy but not yet decided!
