Bromsgrove Autotrimmers made the TLB ones that Hailfrank, Dogs'n'Dubs, etc have I think? I just have a plain silver one which I got from Bluebird Customs.

We got ours from Bluebird as well £25 for cash! and you can have them screenprinted with your own design.
We got one from justkampers (as well as the internal thermal ones) and have to be honest and say it doesn't fit very well. It's a real struggle to get fitted over both doors without it riding up the windscreen.
I took ours to a local t shirt printing place - who charged me £12 for the design you can see. Because it's designed to be washed, it's all waterproof and they can use any image including full colour photographs. If you can't find anyone local let me know and I'll send you their details and you could send it to them.
