so our first trip out in the new bus was interesting. At first it wouldn’t start “dead” battery,I had fitted the jk short shift plate and could no longer find 1 or 2 (should have checked), the brakes decided I didn’t really need them any more then to top it off the exhaust fell off. The pipe had corroded and snapped, best thing was when I went back some gypo had chucked in the back of his van. To cut a long story short can anyone recommend a nice looking exhaust for a Subaru conversion that’s not really loud. The one that was on wasn’t very nice you can just make it out on the bottom of the pic. the bus is going into the garage sat to be sorted. Still love it though
What conversion do you have? Mainly the type of engine bar? Once I know that I can give you details of where I got mine from.
I was told tsr did the conversion, I think it’s a 2.2, I will take some pics later and hopefully that will give you a better idea, cheers.
Yep it's a TSR conversion. Not sure how much clearance you have but if you give Brett a call at Every Exhaust Part he can sort you an exhaust that is stainless and ultra quiet on tickover with a nice growl on acceleration. Give me a message if you want his number. Some pics in my scooby thread
