Today goes the way of yesterday; I have achieved something. ) I fixed the laminator by taking the whole thing apart, unwinding the roller by hand, scrapping off the blutac and laminating pouch that had been posted in there (without a carrier by a supply member of staff who thought thats how it was done. :) Don't want to know how she thought blutac fitted into the equation Then managed to get the whole thing back together and working! So proud of myself I could burst! Now where's the 'How to keep your volkswagan alive'
I tried to invoice the admin officer for £150 for 'labour and expertise' but she wasn't having any of it! :
I mistakenly said i'd fix the shredder at work once, not nice when you take it apart and all the little blades fall out, hours later it was fixed, but next time they can just buy a new one! Well done with the laminater
I'm looking at tlb on a laptop which packed up, I took apart and "cleaned up", put a new internal battery in as PCWorld said it "would'nt hurt" and it works !!!! I do have 3 small screws and a plastic clip left over but hey....you can't have it all B
