Yep, its not only about fuel lines.
We had an engine bay fire on the T3 which was a result of the then LPG system malfunctioning. What a fun 3 or 4 minutes that was.
After that I fitted a Blazecut. They have a pressure gauge in one end so you can keep your eye on its life.
Since we had the diesel conversion I've since removed it from the T3 and it's now on Chip. Really easy to install Sarah with it simply cable tieing to the sound proofing perforations.
I never bothered before but it does give peace of mind coz when stuff like that goes wrong, it goes wrong really quickly.

I have a blazecut and not seen it in action thankfully but I hope it works in time of need

I remember you telling me about driving over a bridge (dam ?) and catching a glimpse of smoke when you looked in the door mirror. It must be everyone here's worst nightmare.
I've had the simple glass bulb type fire extinguisher fitted as long as I've had Clem, but with the twin carbs and lack of space where it was been sited, I think the Blazecut looks like a really good solution.

I have this, but you don't know how good they are until you need it.
    Hopefully, never.[IMG]
