  5. Any tips on fitting as I bought it off here but no instructions and only one spacer... I now understand that there should be two to choose from

  7. You only need the one spacer for a bay sink would assume the seller have you the one off their bus. It's basically like the sides of a tin of pilchards.

Take your old shifter and shifter plate off, put the spacer on the floor and screw the new shifter in place. Adjust as necessary, if you can't get 1st and 2nd adjust to the right, left for 3rd and 4th. Make sure the reverse lock out works right as this shifter shortens the throw considerably so if this isn't working right it will be all too easy to find reverse when going for 2nd

I still cant get first with my handbrake on properly with my shifter.
If I tweak the handbrake adjustment then the handbrake does not quite release fully..

. But then I am going to replace the hockeystick ball in the gear box to reduce slop.

Makes hill start a sequence of handbrake on clutch down footbrake on handbrake off first gear handbrake on footbrake off throttle up clutch off.

  9. Ive angled my handbrake towards the driver so 1st doesnt foul anymore
