Door Cards

    Hi

    We need to buy new door cards for our van and wondered whether to go for MDF or ply? JK sell MDF ones but I thought ply would be better as MDF is absorbent?

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    I bought 4mm ply for mine, I have also given them 2 coats of varnish :) Dont forget to fit the plastic between the door and the panel when you re fit them ;)

    Yes thanks 3901mick. I didn't know about the plastic between the door and the door card until you mentioned it!

    original ones were hardboard but you can get plastic ones that obviously won`t mind water

    Hi WillP, we have been looking at these on ebay and wondered if they were any good. i would be really interested to know how they fit.

    i have the big rectangle one on the left and the 2 small square-ish ones with holes cut out going spare if anyone wants them.. don't need them for my van x
