Looks good to me but your gearbox bolts are in the wrong way

 

Hard to say from pics but is the clutch plate central

 

used the tool to get it central

They're the wrong way round and their captive nuts have gone missing so not much you can do without welding them back on. How you have it you can't undo the connection with the engine in.

 

I'd need to go out and look in a bus with no engine in but where you have the 2 upper bolts holding the gearbox in, you need to put the bolts in from the back so they're all nipped up nice and right, as the gearbox hanger as you are looking at it in the pic is only threaded on the front bit, not at the back.

I'm full of vodka so I may be wrong tho

 

oh right the top ones the gearbox mount has not been off but the captive nuts are on so the po had it on wrong way ur saying i thought it was strange way round
