FREE Does anyone want this?

Hello everyone.

I have an Empi exhaust for a type four. I bought it used about 2 years ago and painted it with heat resistant paint. It's been sat in the garage ever since and I have closely studied its rust progression towards total disintegration.
It needs a clean and some over spray cleaning off the tips. It's not new but it is free.

If anyone wants it give me a shout on here, I can't post it, I can't (or wont) pack it, print a label etc etc. If you want it come and get it from near Sherborne Dorset, or if you are in the south west I might be able to drop it somewhere for a small consideration towards fuel, this will be done whilst at work so you would have to be super patient and you might find it in your porch one day when you get home, collection is best.

If there are no takers it goes in the metal at the tip on Sunday.

Yes please Paul. I'm in Lincolnshire so a bit far - are you going to Techenders or would somebody else be able to take it there for me?

 

Sorry, not going to techenders. Bit of a local collect thing really and as you say you are a fair way away.
If you want to try and organise a tlb courier I'll do my best to accommodate.

Right then @Mark Darby because I'm such a nice bloke, snappy dresser and fun to be with at parties I have this sorted for you. @Baysearcher is even nicerer than what I is, he will bring it to tech enders for you, after I have dropped it at his in Bristol. I suspect he will have a very tight grip on it, but as soon as he sees the cans of thatchers cider you are carrying for him I suspect he will loosen his grip consideraby allowing an exchange to take place.

Assuming it's OK to come in the buggy and camp if the bus isn't on the road, will definitely come to TE. Struggling to get enough hours on the bus at the mo.

 

I'm not in Peterborough, I live in Newark but work in Lincoln and peterborough...I sometimes opt for the more sedate journey home through Bourne then Grantham rather than the A1 which whilst can be described as sedate at times..its also a frustrating journey home...I may just take you up on that cuppa

Does this mean you might be able to fill a gap between Northampton and either North London or near Gloucester, in a relay of @Dexter 's type one block? (see "TLB courier anyone?" in general discussion)

 

If so I'm in Northampton Thursday eve & Friday for the next leg north for the engine

 

Could do somehow , I might also be able to get it to halifax.. As long as it will fit into a small boot and won't leak all over it

 

what size is the boot, 5, 6 maybe 7?
