Thanks fellas!!! Cant wait to really explore this site! Came across it while googling flipped audi transmissions. Looking for a little more gearing in the BVR! Yes I am from the states. Born in NYC and reside in New Jersey! I take there are not too many people on here from the states? Always wanted to go overseas. I was planning a trip to germany and austria to go and experience Worthersee but I found out I was having my first child so I figured I start prepping for her arrival. I gotta say I love driving my bus and I know exactly how everyone on here feels. Ive always been a watercooled guy, never really messed w/ aircooled motors before. Hence me slapping the VR6 in it. I have only seen 4 done online. Im always looking to re engineer my bus. Simpler design is a must. Would love to nix the longitudinal layout and run the stock VR trans. I guess anything is possible w/ an imagination lol Any questions feel free to ask about the swap b/c I am pretty sure I will come across your page and have a million questions!!!
just read your build thread..absolutely bonkers, love what you've done, VR6 is way outside the box, awesome! Made me laugh when the kids wore cycling helmets watching you back out the garage
