I have to agree with Zed, we don't want to lose you now, do we. Get yourself some stout timbers cut up to use at strategic points to supplement the axle stands. Maybe some chocks to block the front wheels would be a good idea too!
Did it wack down and then some J>sensi? reason I ask is being a really cheery jock(read dour faced ,pint half empty), be an idea to check round bolt entry holes at engine bar for now hairline cracks ?(told you I was a party animal !) just similar happened to a vehicle of mine yonks ago and yup ,were little tiny cracks.<from the guy wiv an X land rover bottle jack.
