after removing my r n r bed from the bus it decided to come from together so i decided it need some tlc thats what started with after a little look the speaker s were ripped and full of californian sand so these need bining to reveal a not very round hole luckily i had some “spare one” in my garage so i set about rebuilding the base with new brackets,bolts and glue kindly donated by work again oh with a “tiny” bit of works time thrown in and semi finished article with factory idoit installed for testing my new covers and foam should be here tomorrow so thats another job for thursday
also on my way home i called in to see how the bodywork was going this is the trouble sum sliding door now sitting a lot straighter i am rather pleased with this corner as its the one bit of welding battery tray and a small patch on the rear end i am quite happy so far with it as it was very dinted and they seem to be getting it flatter than i had though
he says he’s got about another 8 hrs work on it then spray booth time think they’ve struggled with the cold a bit as its not the warmest of workshops not as cold as mine though

Quite interesting seeing where my hard earned money is going! Looking forward to getting him back and getting his innards fitted, think he'll look fab. Not sure you'll be able to part with him after all this work though!
