OK ...so now I've put front and back glass in without the trim .. Is it possible to get the c shaped metal chrome trim in there on the van and do I need to get one of those ridiculously expensive tools to do it? Any suggestions / help welcome....though I do appreciate it is Sunday night and sometimes suggestions go a little off piste around this time.
If it's original type ali trim you can't use a tool, it's ruin it. You have to fit it to the seal first.
Oh poo... Don't fancy my chances of getting that glass back out! Was a bit of a tight fit getting it in

....so that's the windscreen shattered..only s side panel and the rear one to break now... What's cheaper glass or rubber ....see wanted ads.
Rubber, so cut it. I've just fitted all my windows and now wishing I'd gone for the deluxe trim, I may start again.
