Ok guys i have too many retro and original radios and Lou's keeps asking " what are you doing with all those radio's " well i like them but have decided to sell one as a token gesture and keep the peace for a while - here goes . This is a original Decka mayfair transistor car radio , circa 1978 ish , it has the button on the top to select "car " , you do this by plugging the car aerial into the side of the radio very cool , and it all works - at least it did until i took the batterys out to use elsewhere , i haven't got them to try it out - it uses four big round 1.5 batterys - no leccy connection , it is as it should be for the day and i love it cos i'm a geeky radio freaky The battery cover is there i just took it off to photograph the battery gubbins . £18 posted or £15 if you collect it from kidderminster - pm me if you're interested
