Oh great clever late Bayers ... Anyone have any idea what the hell this is all about??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Add 6 to the x coordinate of Z, subtract 8 from the y coordinate. Then multiply by Boltzmann's constant
(1,-5) possibly? It's been a long time since maths 'A' Level and I don't remember having to translate anything.... that was French which I was sh.... shocking at.
You think that's the first time I've been told to 'See me after class'??! You don't frighten me, Mr Snotty.... I'm sure @Dazza won't cheat and tell his daughter anyway
I just googled Boltzmann's constant - I thought you were taking the p, but there really is one! ..... it seems to have something to do with Grass Content and Avocados and I thought maybe you'd got it confused with your Waitrose shopping list (although in fairness I didn't have my glasses on)
You're thinking of Avocado's Constant, which defines the average cost of a grocery bill in Islington.
Ha ha ... We’d come to that conclusion between us and that’s what she was going to put down as an answer but I had warned her I wasn’t sure ...still make no sense though .. When in her lifetime will she have to know this ???? I have a rant each time she brings maths homework home - that’s why we invented calculators and iPhones for God’s sake I remember doing Venn diagrams at school...never ever have I seen or heard of them since..pointless ..
Looks like you've been given the correct answer already. +6 to first co-ordinate , then -8 from the 2nd one is the correct method.
