Is there such a thing ? My old 73 had the air pressurised washer system activated by pulling on the paddle on the left side of the steering column. Perhaps an prototype bay switch ? Stirlingmoz
Yes it’s the pressurised system but with the plunger on the dash, similar to a beetle, although the beetle one fitted seems to short so I assume there’s a specific bay one this: https://www.coolairvw.co.uk/product/111955549/
Even in 73 it would have been a mechanical valve on the steering column under the windscreen wiper switch. I bet you will find a little white plastic thing with two spigots and a button on top hiding under the wiper switch, screwed onto it. Often replaced with a micro switch to drive an electric pump.
