Dash Top, Black or Body Colour

Hello All,

With the bus in for paint, the windscreen is out I thought id get the dash top off for a repaint aswell.

Do you all think it should be black, or would look better body colour?

 

Most of them are black,,so for that reason do the body colour

 

Matt or satin black will cut down reflections. A shiney lighter colour will reflect in the windscreen.

 

I've driven all sorts and satin black will always get my vote. Way too many irritating reflections with anything else

Satin black - reflections as said above.

 

Out of the 25 cities around the world with most rain, UK has 17 . how much a problem is reflections really ?

 

Got to be orange.

Preferably very bright metallic orange.

Never had any glare problem.

Ribbons are optional though.

i painted mine in white to match, i don't find reflections in the screen to be a problem.
shows up the dust more though..................

 

Any pictures from the guys with light/white colours?
The pictures I've seen of them always seem to show a marked reflection in the windscreen

 

To be fair, I have a VW Bora as my daily and this has a black / dark grey dash and when the sun hits that even I get a reflection in the screen so I think any colour would work - it's personal preference.
The top of ours will be Old English as per Baysearchers and if there is a reflection then we will put up with it or leave the screen dirty!

Satin black or dark body colour....

My preference (as this weekends activities will attest to) is Matt black top, white bottom
