Braved this boltic weather and snow this afternoon and got the other genuine Vw front arch tacked into place and all the gaps lined up so much nicer than before didn't need that much feteling but need to fully weld it in tomoz if I get chance

Mint, gap at the back of the door looks quite big though?

 

I did see that the other side is the Same mate only thing I can think it the front panel and smash panel was pulled forward mate

Spent a few hours after work fully Seam welding the front arch in completely welded in now and made a new bit of chassis plate where joins to arch as was missing but will clean off welds Tomoz and get some stone chip and seam seal it all and then hit the body work on this side , if I can stand these freezing temperatures at night can only manage till 7ish then to cold

Had just an hour finished a little patch underneath and cleaned off all weds and stone chipped but its -5 in my tent so gonna purchase a heater of some sort for the next few weeks at least but little stone chip over all the welds so I can seam seal them all and I'll be back in there for a couple of hours tomoz and start on the sanding and body work ect ready for the weekend push but this snow is not cool
