  1. My guttering is doing my head in, anyone done any mods to help the flow at the front. My window screen
ns bottom corner seal has let in rain for years I think and rust has made its way with a hole. So water getting in and going to the cab floor and over the fuse box. I understand its a common place. So what if I drill some holes to help release it before it gets to drain of at the front? Any cheap ideas that I can give my brother to mod lol :burp:

I know you need to hack away the rust and weld new bits in.... No idea on the tidy way to do it though.

Park you van on an incline with the front at the highest point then all the water will drain out at the rear

  6. Cutting it is a bit extreme. Why not try to seat the screen easier said than done I know! Big lump of bluetac or silicon or putty in the gutter would cause it to spill over the side!

  8. Fix the problem, which is hole around the screen frame and fit a good quality seal.

Don't hack your gutters up, they're not the problem.
    :)
