    The facts:
    Poptop requires the switch that was fitted to Buses between the chassis numbers 213 2000 001 and 214 2164 059.
    in other words between the 1st of August '72 and approx. April '74.
    Details below are for indicator switch:
    Its VW part number is 211 953 509 H.
    Its SWF (the manufacturer's) number is HLS 201 096.
    In my opinion the VW museum one at 140 euros is overpriced. I have sourced about a dozen of these switches (NOS) in recent years and sell them for close to half that amount. I currently have one in stock but it is pending for someone else.

    I think so bud. it says indicator but is actually showing a picture of the wiper switch.

    I hope it is. I won it for £41 and am now asking if it is the one in the picture. I did email before the auction end and asked the question but he never replied.

    Worth a try I suppose, but nahh I will tell him the truth. The other bidder had gone to £40 so he won't lose much going to the second chance option. he may leave me negative feedback but eh oh!

    My mistake - I posted details of an indicator switch above, my only excuse is that I'd just come back from the pub.
    I do however have NOS wiper switch available.
