Just wanted to relay a hugely positive experience I had with Megabug - not connected to them, and hope this is in the right place on here - apologies if not. I've posted as we are all eager to know who are good and not so good - so this is a bit of good news regarding when I needed to return a door I bought off them. Basically - I needed a door urgently - these guys had a second hand one at an ok for price, despactched very quickly to me. Unfortunately, the door needed more work that I had time for, so I needed it returned - it was sold as second hand needing some prep work. Initially I was offered a lower price - this I have no issue with, seems a reasonable way forward - unfortunately it was time rather than money that was the challenge. At this point, the guys at Megabug asked me to repack the door, and they booked a pick up at no cost to me. Refund was received a couple of days later - no quibbles - just simple good old fashioned customer care. Fair play to the guys on Megabug on this one.
i always shop with megabug now since i found em ....esp after several south side shops dont seem to stock things these guys have instock .....great service ,great people there ,great lil scrap yard if ya nosey ,plus they also do mech work in there lil yard .....o yeah and they speak like me ...cockney boyz rule lmao
I've found them good, not the cheapest but then they do give good service so I gues you get what you pay for.

I agree always had good sevice from mega bug, even for silly little things like a couple of screws, they were still really helpful
