need to organise a courier to ship a front beam. has anyone got any idea on how to do this? beam is stripped and so not that heavy but it seems to be a nightmare getting the shipping organised. anyone got any idea on how heavy a front beam is? found one shipper that seems quite reasonable but will only pick up from a business address

Bugger. i could probably have helped from Hertfordshire end but south Wales is a fair way out of my way( about 100 miles) soz. £12.99 is worth a punt though!
I can lift and carry one on my own with the arms still attached but the rest stripped off so id say about 30 kg
