As above, I'm looking at getting a gearbox transported from a guy who is not too keen on posting, so I will have to sort a courier. Any reccomends? Also will they require it to be on a pallet? Are there any that will package it up or supply a pallet? Cheers in advance.
I havent heard of any that supply the pallets, as that would mean the delivery driver would have to fanny about getting the thing on the pallet/securing it etc, instead of just chucking it on the truck and going... And to be honest, all the ones you hear the horror stories about I have used without ever having an issue, so I guess it doesnt matter too much..
Where does it need picking up from? If it's near me in Oxford, I can get it and take to tekenders and pass it on to one of the Bristol lot.
Anyone on here nearby, who could collect it, do the packing bit and send it on. Or relay it back your way? Where is it?
