So my company has a stand at this show (Aug 3-6, Blenheim Palace). And it was looking rather boring. So I found myself saying, how 'bout we bling up the stand with my van? Oooh yes please, they say. Cool, fun, think I. Since then my totally trouble-free van has had a seized handbrake, flooded carbs - one of which is being stripped down as we speak - an air filter dropped off.... and the radio's stopped working. Stage fright?
Ooh, what does your company do? Shall I bring my van instead? . I fancied this one last year as not too far from my dads and I love Countryfile
A friend will also be there working but a v small stand so no space for a camper. I think SWMBO is also going to be there helping one day. I can't make it as unfortunately i have to fly over to Berlin for the weekend for a stag do

Morning @Kkkaty Don't think you're online? What's the weather like? I can't get my dad to understand what the show is! He's gone a bit vague at the moment and is telling me he doesn't like oxford! . I've vetoed having lunch at home as said it will be over before we get there. I should have said national trust place , let's go for a walk and spot of lunch and he wouldn't have got confused. I may see you later, that's after we've stayed in for dads 11 am coffee and walk to the village to get his pension
I live very near Blenheim Palace where this is being held. I'm not looking forward to driving home today as the roads will be hell. I'm also not pleased as I can't make the show as I'm off to a wedding.
I may just do that! That's when he will become super lucid and say don't I know he died in the 60's!! @Foxy its only 15 miles from dads but I read the last years rubbish traffic reports. It's wilderness festival at cornbury park too, and Milton Rd in bloxham shut off so doing the back ways will also be awkward
