probably a long shot but need (before I start trying to fab them up !) under engine cooling tin (left & right) for a 78 US bus little cover plates that go between the fan shroud and the heat exchangers (2 off left & right)
there are two types of tin (presume you mean the very bottom that protects the push rods/thermostat) depending on where in the u.s your van originated/what exchangers you have, make sure you get the correct type, Californian ones are different to every other type - when you say cover plates, do you mean the tops that fasten the exchangers to the fan (type 4) if so they are available new, or do you mean the non return flaps that stop hot air going back to the snail fan?
