Cookie wont start.

well he turns over but wont start up,

was driving him to shops turned corner and he died on me, pulled into layby and he turned but wont fire up.

He has both petrol and oil, always made sure that.

Ideas be awesome as i really wana go Camperjam

 

check for a spark and that fuel is going to the carb

 

Checked oil filter and all looks good, how do i check for a spark looooooooooooooool

 

Do you have brake down cover dinky?

 

Is this the same breakdown as a few weeks ago or has it been running since? You need a man to sort it out mate - where's your stalker Woody when you need him...

 

Did it conk completely while driving, or splutter?
Conked suddenly, I'd be looking for a broken wire, maybe on the battery, or the starter (which on a bay is the focal point of 12+ wiring).
I had a car once did that while driving - it just died and a wire had snapped off the battery +ve which fed everything bar the starter, so it turned but nothing happened.

Splutter I'd look at fuel blockage / points, but it helps if you know what you're looking at.

i know it's a t25 dinks has it got electronic ignition/fuel injection? what engine is fitted? it deffo sounds like electrical failiure if it just stopped.

 

i dont know what your mechanical knowledge is like but as you have breakdown then use it. at least you will get a mechanic used to non starts. it sounds like it will be fairly simple like points or condenser or a wire off.

(if you dont get it fixed i can take your camperjam tickets off your hands )
