Clunky slow wipers

  1. Hi
Today's holiday problems are clunky slow wipers
All was ok then once switched off and on they have become slow and clunky
Would a squirt of oil help as a temp fix?
    And if so where?
Sorry to ask I know I might be able to search for the answer but I only have very limited Internet on the phone
    Thanks
    Al

  2. wash your screen and then apply rainex. Leave the clunkers in park
    :)

  3. The winds blowing the rain straight off the windscreen , so at least there's a positive to the weather

Look outside - you'll prob find at leat one spindle is turning the outer as well as the inner hence the clunking.

  9. Take apart grease and reassemble and replace any mising parts id imagine

  10. Quick fix while touring id say try some plus gas spray

Gonna wack some easing oil in mine cos they're clunkin :(

  12. Sounds about right, after 6 hours stood in the rain they worked much better , so it could be water acted as a lubricant
    Will look in the morning
    Thanks
