    Add the extra hour to the extra few hours sleep I got yesterday and in up at an hour I normally only see on a weekend if I'm just going to bed.

    How do you explain to dogs the proccess of turning the clocks back?

    Actually, as the rest of the family is setting off early for an expedition, we didn't turn the clocks back until this morning, so they didn't have to get up an hour earlier.
