Claim to Fame

One of my mate's cousins when I was growing up was one of the Milky Bar Kids on the adverts.

 

Ill have to see a few videos , always nice to see something new . We just didnt get them over here , ......slow down! . If you were speeding it wasnt in a t2 . Wheres your loyalty ?

 

I used to work with her brother too, but no photos (he doesn't approve).

 

Well nearly, She lived in Birdwell. And she was known as Miss Blessed.

 

And my mate works at Rotherham College. Brian Blessed came in to do a talk to students. When asked he will do the "Gordons Alive" thing at full volume on demand. Barking mad.

 

Had breakfast with Zara Philips and Princess anne ( dad used to deliver to them on a daily basis )

 

Is that a euphemism coz I'm just about to ring The Sun.

The sax player with Simply Red, Ian somethingorother was taught by an old boy Harold Salisbury who gave me a couple of lessons (he also spmetimes played in Harold's band Free Parking in the local pubs)
Wallace & Grommet creator Nick Park went to school down the road & has visited my youngest's primary school.
The Queen, YES HRH Elizabeth II no less waved at me as I lined up on Moor Park Avenue Preston when she visited in her SIlver Jubilee year of 1977............. You cannot get anymore international a figure than The Queen! Come on??

 

I think you're taking this thread too seriously but if it'd been Wallace and Grommet who went to school down the road you would win hands down

Thought it was just a bit of fun, plus I am off with the kids so maybe a little stir crazy. My vote would go to @zed as the Milky Bar Kid is legendary in our house!!
