Looking good, when will you get it back? I'm ashamed to say I haven't even driven mine yet this year!
Couple of weeks we think Paul. Then it's a decision to use him for a while or dive into the gearbox. New clutch arrived yesterday so all the bits are coming together, but we just want to go camping!!
I'd leave it as long as you can, your man there doesn't have an oven? Even if he did, 2 pac carries on hardening for months if not years. The few chips on mine all happened in the first 4 months or so.
With the time thing - don't worry about or attempt to flat/polish out any orange peel because slowly, slowly it will fade away and flatten on it's own. That's been my experience anyway. The only parts of mine that didn't do this were some odd patches where the paint was not thick enough (dry).
The new paint is looking great, will look ace when is the grey is done too. Are you planning on bringing him down to victorious festival this summer?
Thanks for that Sarah. We won't be. As it stands we are due to be in front of the Killers at the T Mobile Arena in Vegas. Seems a long way away though with everything that's going on at the moment.... we'll see!
I think that sounds like a fair excuse to be missing victorious! Hopefully it will all work out and you will be there, let’s hope for some peace by then.
